Description
Rantac MPS Suspension is a combination of Magaldrate and Simethicone. It is used to relieve symptoms such as heartburn, sour stomach, upset stomach, bloating (too much gas in the stomach), stomach discomfort, etc. It neutralises excess acid in the stomach. It also helps to break up the gas bubbles in the stomach so that they can be burped or passed down from the body.
Rantac MPS Suspension shows side effects like bad taste in your mouth, diarrhoea, constipation, etc. These side effects are temporary and get resolved with time. However, consult your doctor if they persist or worsen. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it.
Rantac MPS Suspension may be taken with food or as directed by your doctor. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of treatment based on the severity of your medical condition.
