Description

Permed 1% Soap is a medicated soap that contains Permethrin. It is used to treat scabies (a contagious itchy skin condition caused by mites). It also kills head lice. This medicine kills the mites and their eggs and cures the infection. Permed 1% Soap has some side effects like itching/redness on the skin, rash at the site of application, etc. These side effects are mild and may subside by themselves. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects bother you or worsen. Do not use this medicated soap if you are allergic to it. Permed 1% Soap is for external use only. It is used by adults and in children above 2 months of age on a regular basis. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, and do not swallow the medicated water while using this soap. Regular use of this medicine decreases skin infection. Permed 1% Soap is not recommended for use in children below 2 months of age as the safety and efficacy data for use are not available. Inform your doctor if you have any other skin conditions and all your current medicines. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or are breastfeeding before using this medicine.
