What is it prescribed for?
Gingivitis
This medicine is used for the prevention and treatment of the inflammation (swelling) of the gums due to a bacterial infection.
Oral infections
This medicine is used for the prevention and treatment of mouth infections.
Dental plaque
This medicine is used in the prevention of formation of tooth plaque, a soft, sticky biofilm that builds upon the teeth due to bacterial growth on surfaces within the mouth.
