Description
Nurofens Forte Injection is a combination of Methylcobalamin, Niacinamide and Pyridoxine. It is a vitamin supplement used to treat vitamin/nutrient deficiencies and diabetic neuropathy (a condition of nerve damage that may occur due to diabetes).
Nurofens Forte Injection may cause some less common side effects such as nausea/vomiting, headache, skin rash, diarrhoea, skin irritation, and/or pain at the site of injection, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe.
Nurofens Forte Injection is administered by your doctor in a clinic or a hospital setting. Your doctor will determine the dose and duration of the treatment based on your condition. Follow the instructions given by your doctor.

Severe hypotension
Severe hypotension is a condition of very low blood pressure. Nurofens Forte Injection is not recommended for use in such condition as it may cause relaxation of the blood vessels and further lower your blood pressure.

Peptic ulcer disease
Nurofens Forte Injection should be used with caution if you have a history of peptic ulcers (sores on the lining of your stomach and intestine) as this medicine may re-activate old ulcers/lead to the development of new ulcers. If you have an active ulcer it may make it worse. Hence, consult your doctor if you have peptic ulcers before starting the treatment.
