Severe liver impairment

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver impairment due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.

Heart Failure

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from heart failure due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.

Heart diseases

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from heart diseases such as a heart block greater than first degree, cardiogenic shock, sick sinus syndrome (without a permanent pacemaker in place), sinus bradycardia, etc. since it may worsen the patient's condition.
