Myospas TH 4 Capsule is a combination of Diclofenac and Thiocolchicoside. This medicine is used to treat pain and swelling associated with muscle spasms in conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, sprains/strains, etc. Myospas TH 4 Capsule may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe. Myospas TH 4 Capsule should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take it at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of this medicine in your body. Myospas TH 4 Capsule is not recommended if you are allergic to it. This medicine is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age. Inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney, heart problems, or a history of stomach ulcers before starting treatment with this medicine. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding before taking this medicine.

What is it prescribed for?

Swelling and pain associated with muscle spasm

Myospas TH 4 Capsule is used to treat the pain and swelling associated with muscle spasms (involuntary contractions of your muscles) in conditions such as muscle pain, low back pain, neck pain, sprain/strains, etc. It is also used to relieve pain due to bone and joint conditions like ankylosing spondylitis (pain due to fusing of bones in the spine), osteoarthritis (pain on movement due to wearing of the protective covering at the ends of the bones) and rheumatoid arthritis (body's immunity attacks the joints and damages it), etc.

Myospas TH 4 Capsule is not recommended for use if you have severe liver and/or kidney problems. This medicine may further damage your liver and/or kidneys and worsen your condition.

Asthma

Asthma is a condition in which your airways narrow and causes breathing difficulty. Myospas TH 4 Capsule is not recommended for use if you have a history of asthma after taking NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines like Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Aceclofenac, etc.).
