Description

Mucolite 30 mg Syrup is used to treat respiratory (airways and lungs) diseases associated with excessive mucous production. This medicine works by thinning and loosening the mucous so that it can be coughed out easily. This helps you to breathe easily. Mucolite 30 mg Syrup shows side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, dry mouth, etc. These side effects last for a short period and usually resolve on their own. Talk to your doctor if these side effects are persistent. This medicine may make you sleepy so avoid doing activities that require mental focus like driving or operating machines. Mucolite 30 mg Syrup is taken preferably with food to avoid stomach irritation. Take this medicine at the same time every day to maintain a constant level of this medicine in your blood. Avoid the discontinuation of this medicine without consulting your doctor. Mucolite 30 mg Syrup is not recommended if you are previously allergic to it. Emphysema

Emphysema is a condition that involves damage to the walls of the air sacs (alveoli) of the lung. Mucolite 30 mg Syrup is used to ease the symptoms of emphysema like shortness of breath, persistent cough, and swelling of the airways of the lungs by making the sputum thin and less viscous and easy to cough out.

Tracheobronchitis

Tracheobronchitis is an infection causing swelling of the trachea (windpipe) and airways of the lungs. Mucolite 30 mg Syrup is used in the symptomatic treatment of Tracheobronchitis as it provides relief from symptoms such as excessive cough and thick sputum.

Acute exacerbations of bronchitis

Acute exacerbation of bronchitis refers to a sudden worsening of the symptoms of bronchitis (narrowing of the airways).
