Description

Mucaine Gel is a combination of Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, and Oxetacaine. It is used to relieve symptoms such as heartburn, acidity, upset stomach, stomach discomfort, etc. associated with stomach ulcers and gastritis. This medicine stops the production of excess acid in the stomach and relieves pain and discomfort. Mucaine Gel shows side effects like taste change, diarrhoea, constipation, etc. These side effects are temporary and resolve with time. However, consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Take fibre-rich food and drink plenty of water to prevent constipation. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Mucaine Gel may cause dizziness or drowsiness in some cases. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines if you feel dizzy or drowsy after taking this medicine. Mucaine Gel should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dose and duration of treatment will be determined by your doctor based on the severity of your condition. Avoid the discontinuation of this medicine without consulting your doctor. If you stop the treatment early, your symptoms may reappear, and your condition may worsen.
