Morease-I Granules may not be suitable for all people. Inform your doctor if you have angina, irregular heartbeats, or any other cardiovascular conditions or pre-existing stomach/intestinal problems before beginning treatment with this medicine. Morease-I Granules is a combination of Ispaghula and Mebeverine. Mebeverine is an antispasmodic that relaxes the muscles of the intestine to allow easier movement of stool. Isphaghula belongs to a class of medicines called osmotic laxatives, which work by increasing the water content in the intestines and increasing stool volume. This causes the stool to soften, allowing it to pass more easily.
