Folic acid is essential for the production of certain vital components that are necessary for the maintenance of normal body functions. Methylcobalamin works by facilitating the enzymes responsible for the production of vital components and energy inside a cell. Pyridoxine is essential for maintaining various important functions in the body including but not limited to glucose and amino acid metabolism, production of RBCs, proper functioning of the nervous system, etc.
