Description

Lycopene is an antioxidant. It improves your heart health and also lowers the risk of certain types of cancer. It shows its effectiveness by protecting your body against harmful substances called free radicals. Lycopene has some side effects like nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, etc. These side effects are rare and mild. They may subside by themselves, however consult your doctor if they persist or worsen. Lycopene should be taken according to your doctor's instruction. It is available in combination with other medicines. You should not take more than the prescribed quantity. In case of undesired effects due to overdose, consult your doctor immediately. Lycopene is not recommended if you are allergic to it.
