Primary systemic carnitine deficiency refers to the low concentration of levocarnitine in plasma, RBC (red blood cell), and/or tissues in the body. This low concentration disrupts the conversion of fat into the utilizable energy source leading to muscle weakness, stomach pain, vomiting, chest pain, and low blood glucose levels, etc. Karnitine Tablet is used in the treatment of primary systemic carnitine deficiency and helps to maintain and enhance the fat conversion for energy.

Secondary carnitine deficiency

Secondary carnitine deficiency is when there is not enough carnitine in your blood. The symptoms are fatigue, irritability, muscle weakness and shortness of breath etc. Karnitine Tablet is used in the treatment of secondary carnitine deficiency.
