Description

Heligo Kit is a combination medicine that consists of Tinidazole and Clarithromycin and Lansoprazole. It is used in the treatment of Peptic ulcer disease caused due to an infection of the gastrointestinal tract by Helicobacter Pylori bacteria. Heligo Kit has some common side effects including tiredness, headache, nausea, stomach pain diarrhoea, vomiting, a sensation of dryness and a metallic taste in the mouth. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen. Avoid taking Heligo Kit if you are allergic to it. It may sometimes cause drowsiness, so it is advised that you do not drive vehicles or operate machines after taking this medicine. Heligo Kit should be taken half an hour before food to avoid stomach irritation. Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor even if you feel better after taking a few doses. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medicine to avoid the 'Disulfiram reaction' which may cause excessive nausea, drowsiness, chest pain and breathing difficulty. Heligo Kit may not be suitable for all people. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding before taking this medicine. Heartburn indigestion and stomach pain are the main symptoms of peptic ulcers. Heligo Kit is used to treat Peptic ulcers caused by Helicobacter Pylori bacteria.

Taking more than the prescribed doses or stopping the use of this medicine abruptly may lead to antibiotic resistance (a condition where microbes evolve mechanisms that protect them from the effects of antibiotics).

Missed Dose
