Huntington's disease

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from Huntington's disease, a genetic disorder where the brain cells die quickly, causing a deterioration of mental and physical abilities over time.

Hypertonia

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from abnormal muscle tension and stiffness due to nerve damage in the brain. This condition may also be present in patients who have had a brain surgery to remove certain specific nerves.
