Allergy
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to gatifloxacin, other quinolones, ketorolac, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, or any other inactive ingredients present along with these medicines.

This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using this medicine.
Breast-feeding
This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before using this medicine.
General warnings
Contact lenses
Your doctor may ask you to stop the usage of contact lenses for up to a few days prior to the surgery and for up to a few days to a few months post-surgery depending on the type of eye surgery performed. If you are able to use contact lenses post-surgery, they should be removed prior to the administration of the eye drops. You are advised to wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes post administration of the eye drops before re-inserting the lenses.
Alcohol use
Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with this medicine due to the increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Blurred vision
This medicine may cause blurred vision for a few seconds to minutes post administration. It is advised that you do not perform any activities such as driving a vehicle until your vision is clear.
Pediatric use
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 3 years of age since the safety and efficacy of use are not clinically established.
Missed Dose
Administer the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.
Overdose
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.
