Eudrox 50 MG Dry Syrup is an antibiotic medicine that contains cefadroxil as an active ingredient. It is used in children to treat bacterial infections of the throat, skin, urinary tract, etc. Eudrox 50 MG Dry Syrup is also used in the treatment of impetigo (a skin infection caused by bacteria). This medicine prevents infection by killing or stopping the growth of the bacteria. Eudrox 50 MG Dry Syrup is not effective against infections caused by viruses. Eudrox 50 MG Dry Syrup shows some side effects like diarrhoea, stomach pain, headache, weakness, nausea, and vomiting. Do not use this medicine if your child is allergic to it. Consult your doctor if any side effects persist or bother your child. Eudrox 50 MG Dry Syrup is an effective medicine used in infants and children. Eudrox 50 MG Dry Syrup can be given with or without food. Before administration, dissolve the powder in a glass of water. For the ease of remembering, give the dry syrup to your child at the same time every day. Once you started using this medicine for your child, ensure that the entire course of treatment is completed. Avoid unnecessary use of Eudrox 50 MG Dry Syrup as excessive use may cause the bacteria to become resistant to treatment. Eudrox 50 MG Dry Syrup may not be suitable for all children. If this infection affects both the throat and the tonsils, then it would be called pharyngotonsillitis. Eudrox 50 MG Dry Syrup is used to treat pharyngitis, tonsillitis, and/or pharyngotonsillitis in children.

Impetigo

Impetigo is a bacterial skin infection caused by group-A Streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. This condition is characterized by red sores around the mouth, nose and may also be seen on hands and feet.
