Description

Duonase Nasal Spray is a combination of Fluticasone Propionate and Azelastine. It is used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (an allergic reaction causing sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes). Duonase Nasal Spray works by blocking the release of chemical substances that is responsible for allergic reactions. Duonase Nasal Spray shows side effects like dryness and irritation of the nose and throat, headache, fever, nose bleeding, etc. Inform your doctor if these side effects remain for a long time or become severe. Avoid using this medicine if you are allergic to it. Duonase Nasal Spray is a prescription medicine. The dose of medicine and the duration of treatment will be determined by your doctor based on your health condition. Follow all the instructions mentioned on the label or packaging insert for usage. Avoid using more than the prescribed dose or for a longer duration. Duonase Nasal Spray can increase the risk of getting an infection or worsening of the pre-existing infection, as it may weaken your immune system. Hence, maintain proper hygiene and keep a distance from people who are sick or have infections. Inform your doctor if you have liver or eye problems or infections like tuberculosis before using Duonase Nasal Spray.
