Description

Diprovate-ES Plus Ointment is a combination of Betamethasone, Salicylic Acid and Zinc Oxide. It is used in the treatment of skin conditions like eczema (thick, dry and itchy skin) or psoriasis (itchy skin with red scaly patches). It works by blocking certain chemicals in your body that cause swelling, itching, and irritation. It also softens your skin by removing the dead skin and promotes healing. Diprovate-ES Plus Ointment shows common side effects like burning, itching, redness, and dryness of your skin. These side effects may subside by themselves. If they continue to bother you, consult your doctor. Diprovate-ES Plus Ointment is for external use only. Wash and dry the affected area before application. Use it regularly, as directed by your doctor. Avoid applying more than the required quantity as it may lead to undesired effects. Avoid contact with your eyes, mouth, and any open areas in your body. It is not recommended for use in active untreated skin infections (a skin condition that has not been treated for a long time and has now developed secondary bacterial infections). Diprovate-ES Plus Ointment is not recommended if your allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you are using medicines to treat other skin conditions. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
