Sinus Bradycardia and Sino-atrial Block

Digoxin toxicity
This medicine has an increase in the risk of toxicity due to its narrow therapeutic index. Close monitoring of blood levels is necessary. Any symptoms of anorexia, nausea, vomiting, visual changes and cardiac arrhythmias should be informed to the doctor.
Hypokalemia and Hypomagnesemia
This medicine when used with potassium-depleting diuretics, may increase the risk of low potassium (Hypokalemia) and low magnesium (Hypomagnesemia) blood levels. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.
