Description

Coriminic XT Expectorant is a combination of Ambroxol, Guaifenesin and Terbutaline. It is used to relieve cough associated with bronchospasm (constriction of the airways). It works by thinning the mucous and also relieves breathing difficulty by relaxing your airways. Coriminic XT Expectorant may show side effects like nausea, vomiting, headache, weakness, etc. These symptoms may subside after some time. However, consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. This medicine may cause dizziness or sleepiness, so avoid doing activities that require mental focus like driving or operating machines. Coriminic XT Expectorant can be taken with or without food as directed by your doctor. Take it every day at the same time for the ease of remembering. Your doctor will determine the dose and duration of treatment depending on the severity of your health condition. Avoid discontinuation of this medicine without consulting your doctor as your symptoms may reappear. Coriminic XT Expectorant is not recommended if you are allergic to it.
