Coldfresh P Oral Drops is a combination of Cetirizine, Paracetamol, and Phenylephrine. Cetirizine works by reducing a chemical substance called histamine (a chemical found in some of the body's cells - causes many of the symptoms of allergies, such as a runny nose or sneezing) from the body. Paracetamol works by preventing the formation of prostaglandin, the chemical responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine acts on the blood vessels in the nose and helps in relieving congestion.
