Consumption of alcohol with Ciplox TZ H Tablet may lower your blood pressure and can cause dizziness, headache, etc. Hence, avoid consuming alcohol while on treatment with this medicine.

Central nervous system disorders
Ciplox TZ H Tablet should be used with caution if you have nerve problems, seizures (fits), depression or other mental health problems as it can worsen your conditions. Inform your doctor of your nerve conditions or seizure disorders before taking this medicine.
Ciplox TZ H Tablet is used with extreme caution if you have gastrointestinal (stomach and intestines) problems, particularly colitis (swelling of the inner lining of the colon), as it may worsen your condition.
Ciplox TZ H Tablet may cause a heart rhythm problem called prolonged QT intervals (an electrical heartbeat disturbance) if you are taking heart medications. It may result in fast, rapid, and irregular heartbeats. Your doctor may suggest tests to monitor your heart function as needed and also adjust the dose of this medicine if required based on your clinical condition.
Ciplox TZ H Tablet is filtered by the kidney and excreted through urine. If you have kidney problems, Ciplox TZ H Tablet may accumulate and lead to kidney damage. Your doctor may adjust the dose of this injection and may closely monitor your kidney functioning if required, based on your clinical condition.
Food interactions
Ciplox TZ H Tablet will not show its desired effects if consumed with dairy products. At least two hours gap should be maintained between the intake of this tablet and dairy products.
