How it works

Cilidin-O 40 Tablet contains olmesartan and clinidipine as its major componenets. Olmesartan works by blocking a receptor and preventing blood vessel constriction. Cilnidipine acts by blocking the inflow of calcium (responsible for the contraction of blood vessels) and causes relaxation, thereby promoting the smooth flow of blood. Their combination is thus effective in reducing blood pressure.
