Description

Certican 0.25 Tablet is an immunosuppressant medicine that contains Everolimus. It is used to prevent your immune system from rejecting an organ that has been transplanted via surgery (eg. kidney and liver transplants). It may also be used in combination with other medicines to treat certain types of cancers of the breasts, kidneys, pancreas, intestines, lungs, brain, etc. Certican 0.25 Tablet can cause side effects like infections, sinusitis, cough, fever, fatigue, swelling of the mouth, infection of the throat, infection of the ear, and diarrhoea. Inform your doctor if any of these symptoms persist for a long time. Seek medical help if you notice any increase in thirst and frequency of urination or if you have difficulty in breathing. Avoid taking Certican 0.25 Tablet if you have a cough or fever, or need to receive any vaccination as it decreases the immune system's ability of your body to fight infection. Certican 0.25 Tablet is not recommended for use if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before using this medicine. Certican 0.25 Tablet is not recommended if you have severe liver problems. Inform your doctor if you are using any other medicines for underlying health conditions. Certican 0.25 Tablet can cause fatigue so it is advisable to not do any activity that requires your concentration like driving vehicles or operating machines. Avoid drinking grapefruit juice while using Certican 0.25 Tablet as a chemical in the juice can interfere with the action and reduce its therapeutic benefits.
