Description

Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse is an antibiotic medicine that contains cefadroxil as an active ingredient. It is used to treat bacterial infections of the throat, skin, urinary tract, etc. It is also used in the treatment of impetigo (a skin infection caused by bacteria). This medicine prevents infection by killing or stopping the growth of the bacteria. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse is not effective against infections caused by viruses. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse shows some side effects like diarrhoea, stomach pain, headache, weakness, nausea, and vomiting. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. Consult your doctor if any side effects persist or bother you. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse is an effective medicine used in children, adolescents and adults. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse can be taken with or without food. The dose and frequency of medicine will be decided by your doctor based on the type of infection and its severity. For the ease of remembering, use this medicine at the same time every day. Once you started using this medicine, ensure that the entire course of treatment is completed. Avoid unnecessary use of Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse as excessive use may cause the bacteria to become resistant to treatment. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse effects may be delayed when taken immediately after receiving live vaccines. Therefore, take this medicine at least 1-2 hours after taking the vaccine. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, before using Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse is not recommended for use in case of a common cold, flu or other viral infections. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse may not be suitable for all people. Pyelonephritis is the swelling of the kidneys due to bacterial infection. This infection starts in the urethra or bladder and spreads through the ureters to the kidneys. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse is used to treat pyelonephritis.

Pharyngitis/Tonsilitis

Pharyngitis and tonsillitis are infections that cause swelling and soreness in the throat and tonsils. If this infection affects both the throat and the tonsils, then it is called pharyngotonsillitis. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse is used to treat pharyngitis, tonsillitis, and/or pharyngotonsillitis.

Impetigo

Impetigo is a skin infection caused by bacteria. This condition is characterized by red sores around the mouth, nose and may also be seen on hands and feet. These sores later burst and release yellowish liquid which on drying forms honey-coloured crusts. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse is used to reduce the sores and treat the infection.

Cystitis

Cystitis is the swelling of the urinary bladder usually caused by a bacterial infection. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse is used to treat cystitis.

Skin or soft tissue infection

Skin and soft tissue infections occur when the bacteria invade the skin and its supporting structures. Cefadrox 125 MG Rediuse is used to treat all skin infections including abscesses caused by bacteria.
