Description

Cartigen 500 mg Capsule contains glucosamine that is a naturally occurring chemical found in your body. Cartigen 500 mg Capsule is a supplement used in the treatment of osteoarthritis (a condition that develops due to damage to the protective cartilage around the joints). Cartigen 500 mg Capsule helps your body to rebuild cartilage and replenish fluid around joints (synovial fluid). It mainly helps to prevent the breakdown of cartilage and thereby improves the symptoms of osteoarthritis. Cartigen 500 mg Capsule shows side effects like heartburn, nausea, stomach pain, etc. that are rare and self-limiting. Inform your doctor at the earliest if you experience any side effects in order to initiate a preventive treatment. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it. Cartigen 500 mg Capsule can be taken with food for better absorption and to prevent an upset stomach. For the ease of remembering, take it at around the same time every day. Cartigen 500 mg Capsule relieves pain and swelling due to osteoarthritis but does not cure it. Your doctor will prescribe the dose and duration of this medicine based on the severity of osteoarthritis. Cartigen 500 mg Capsule should be taken with caution if you have diabetes (increased blood sugar levels) or hyperlipidemia (increased levels of cholesterol and fat in the blood). Let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding.
