Description

Candid-3D Cream is a topical medicine that consists of Clobetasol, Clotrimazole, and Neomycin. It is effective in the treatment of skin conditions associated with fungal or bacterial infections. It works by stopping the growth of infection-causing microorganisms. It also reduces swelling, redness, and irritation caused due to skin infections. Candid-3D Cream may cause common side effects including redness, skin irritation, itching at the site of application. These side effects are usually mild and subside with time. Inform your doctor if these side effects persist or become severe. Candid-3D Cream is meant for external use only. Clean the affected area with water and pat dry before applying Candid-3D Cream. Apply a thin layer of this cream on the affected area and spread evenly. Avoid using this medicine for more than the recommended duration. Avoid contact with your eyes and/or mouth. In case of accidental contact, wash immediately with water. Candid-3D Cream is not recommended for use if you are allergic to it. Hyperadrenocorticism

Hyperadrenocorticism is a condition caused due to high levels of cortisol hormone (a chemical substance that helps your body respond to stress, regulate blood sugar levels, and fight infections) in your body. Candid-3D Cream should be used with caution as it may occasionally cause or worsen hyperadrenocorticism if applied over a large area for a prolonged time.

Ocular Toxicities

Glaucoma is a condition where the pressure within the eyeballs is abnormally high that can damage the optic nerve and lead to loss of vision. Rarely, prolonged use of Candid-3D Cream may increase the intraocular pressure (high pressure inside the eye caused by an imbalance in the production and drainage of fluid in the eye) and cause glaucoma. Inform your doctor if you experience any vision problems.
