Description
Andrographolide is a natural product extracted from the leaves and roots of Andrographis paniculata, which exhibits various therapeutic properties such as anti-HIV, antineoplastic, anti-inflammatory and also acts as an immunostimulant. It may be used in the treatment of Dengue, Influenza, Chikungunya, Swine flu and any other viral fevers. Andrographolide is also shown to be effective in preventing the multiplication of virus in COVID-19 infected patients.
