Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with Alex P Syrup. It increases the risk of side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, difficulty in concentration, etc. It may also affect your liver and cause damage.

Disease interactions
Alex P Syrup should be used with caution if you have a pre-existing liver problem as it may increase your risk of liver damage. Hence, inform your doctor before starting the treatment with this medication.
Alex P Syrup is eliminated by kidneys and should be used with caution if you have pre-existing kidney problems due to the increased risk of side effects, resulting from the accumulation of this medicine in your body. Your kidney function will be closely monitored and the dose may be adjusted based on your clinical condition.
Alex P Syrup should be used with caution if you have diabetes as it may interfere with blood sugar control and cause hyperglycaemia (high blood sugar levels). Frequently monitor your blood sugar levels while taking this medicine.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a condition that causes an enlargement of the prostate gland in men. Alex P Syrup should be used with caution if you have an enlarged prostate (gland that is present below the urinary bladder in men) due to the increased risk of difficulty in passing urine. Inform your doctor if your symptoms worsen while taking this medicine.
Glaucoma is a condition of optic nerve damage (the nerve connecting the eye to the brain) due to high intraocular pressure (fluid pressure inside the eyes). Alex P Syrup is not recommended if you have this condition due to severe worsening of your condition.
