Description

Alday 5 mg/5ml Syrup is an anti-allergic medicine. It is used in children and adults to treat common allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, cough, sore throat, itchy/watery eyes, and skin rash. It works by blocking the action of a chemical substance responsible for allergic symptoms. Alday 5 mg/5ml Syrup may cause some common side effects such as sleepiness, diarrhoea, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, headache, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms stay for a long time or if they become bothersome. Take Alday 5 mg/5ml Syrup as advised by your doctor. Make sure to takes this medicine for the prescribed duration. In case of a missed dose, take this medicine as soon as you remember, provided it is not time for the next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one. In case of an overdose, consult your doctor immediately. Avoid Alday 5 mg/5ml Syrup if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you are taking any medicines, or have liver or kidney diseases. What is it prescribed for?

Allergic Rhinitis

Allergic Rhinitis is an allergic response that occurs when you breathe in certain substances that you are allergic to, such as dust or pollen. Symptoms commonly include sneezing, runny/stuffy/itchy nose, cough, sore throat, itchy/watery eyes, etc. Alday 5 mg/5ml Syrup helps in treating the symptoms of allergy. This medicine is effective in the treatment of both seasonal allergic rhinitis which is specific to a particular season, and perennial allergic rhinitis which occurs at any time during the year. For the treatment of perennial rhinitis, it is recommended in children above 6 years of age, and for seasonal rhinitis in children between 2-5 years of age.

Chronic Urticaria

Chronic Urticaria, also known as hives, is an allergic skin reaction that occurs in response to certain chemicals, food, or medicines. Symptoms include itchy, red, or skin-colored bumps on the skin surface, often associated with swelling. Alday 5 mg/5ml Syrup helps in treating the symptoms of allergy. It is recommended in children above 6 years of age.
