Description

Acnedap Plus Gel is a combination of Dapsone and Adapalene. It is used in the treatment of acne, a common skin condition that occurs when the pores of your skin become clogged causing blackheads, whiteheads, or pimples. This medicine stops the growth of microorganisms that cause acne. It also stops the acne from forming under the surface of the skin and promotes quick healing of the acne that does develop. Acnedap Plus Gel is generally safe for use. However, in some cases, you may experience redness, itching, stinging, or burning sensation, dryness, and peeling of the skin at the site of application. These side effects are usually mild and subside with time. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or worsen. Avoid using this medicine if you are allergic to it. Acnedap Plus Gel should be applied as directed by your doctor. Wash and dry the affected skin and apply a thin film over the affected area. Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine. If it gets into your eyes, nose, or mouth accidentally, rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid scratching the affected skin and use sunscreen before stepping out in the sun. Acnedap Plus Gel is not recommended for use in children less than 12 years of age due to the lack of safety and efficacy data. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding.
