Dr, We have visited your clinic on 1-Aug-2023 and paid the consultation fees of rs 500. However, your receptionist did NOT PROVIDE a proper bill to us.
When asked, they said they do not provide any bill (that has bill#, GST#)
We have our consultation expenses covered in my company medical policy.
I am not sure how is a clinic functioning without having a process to generate bills.
