How to use

Sit in a comfortable position. Turn on the power button to start. On the automatic models, the cuff will inflate by itself with a push of a button. After the cuff inflates, the device will slowly let the air out. The display screen shows both systolic and diastolic blood pressure reading. Press on the exhaust button to release the air completely from the cuff. Turn off the power then. If you want to repeat, wait for two to three minutes and then start.
