I used to have disturbing thoughts related to god and used to keep washing my hands and I had no idea why these disturbing images keep coming. Ms Sonali diagnosed me with OCD. Some sessions were very overwhelming as some thoughts I’ve never shared with anyone, but ma’am made it easy for me and made me understand that was the disorder and not my thoughts. The treatment went for 3 months and she gave me some tools and worksheets to work and helped me recover from OCD. Anyone struggling with OCD, I would highly recommend Ms Sonali Barthwal. Read less

Since the first day I met her, she made me felt so much at ease and I was so comfortable sharing everything with her. She listened to everything that I had to day intently and gave me some really great suggestions. Ever since I have started my sessions with her, I have seen positive changes in myself. I feel a sense of comfort and trust in her approach which has helped me navigate through my emotions and has helped me get a better insight into myself.
She also keeps sharing some anecdotes from her life which makes talking to her all the more relatable and relaxing.
I highly recommend Dr. Sonali to anyone who’s trying to navigate through life and want some effective psychiatric care and insights.
