He prescribed medicines and within 6 hours my pain has almost gone and things look very good. Will continue to complete the medicine cycle and meet him for review. My dad was an ENT specialist too and till he was alive...I never needed to consult anyone. This was the first time I faced a throat issue so bad that it required me to consult a doctor. I felt a little scared when he lifted an instrument to examine the throat (a first for me) but he helped set my fears to rest and was very gentle and helpful in directions. He explained the problem, answered all my questions (even if dumb) and also explained the prescription at length. He even stated that I should start seeing improvement soon but in case there was no change in 2-3 days...that I should revisit and he is there to help.
The assurance, the prompt diagnosis and manner of treatment was excellent. Thank you so much, doctor!

After a few mins, an assistant walked in and said the doc hasn't come in yet. Said let me call him and check, went outside and came in saying his phone isint reachable! I asked him to suggest what I should do - he said he managed to get through his home landline and will take 10 mins more. By then it was 5 15 so I decided to wait 10 mins, again checked at 5 25, was told 20 mins more! pathetic way of handling appmts. not going back!Read less
