It was there for 2.5 months and was not getting cured with medications only. Doctor advised me for spinal rehabilitation. I got to know about Boon Physiotherapy in Sector 50 and started physiotherapy by Dr Mahera. In 10-12 sessions my pain got totally vanished. She gave modalities and did stretching and strengthening exercises. It really helped me. I am continuing the 1 month course to adapt to the recommended lifestyle and routine.
