Prevention of COVID-19 At Work

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we now live, work and travel. With the lockdown being relaxed in a phase-wise manner, we will slowly start moving back to our workplaces and offices.

In light of this, all employers and employees have to take and follow necessary precautions to curb the spread of Coronavirus infection. Besides regular and deep sanitization of offices, strict implementation of social distancing, temperature monitoring, and wearing a mask have to be followed.

Here is a comprehensive guideline for getting workplaces ready for COVID-19

Additionally, remember to do the following once you are back home from work:

  • Feel blessed & positive about having a safe day at work
  • Shower immediately after getting home
  • Handle your work clothes, shoes & work bag carefully
  • Disinfect your phone, ID badge & other accessories

Wear a Mask

Government now recommends everyone to wear a mask. You can make your own handmade fabric mask at home. An N95 respiratory mask is recommended only if you have symptoms.

Cover your nose & mouth completely

Always remove the mask from behind

Dispose of all surgical masks in a closed bin

Use a handwash after handling a mask

Stay Safe While At Home

For all those who are continuing to work from home, practice social distancing, and hand and face hygiene practices. DO NOT STEP OUT, unless there’s an emergency!

To address any health concern, consult a doctor online from the comfort of your home and follow their instructions.
