Dr. Prescribed To put Zytee drops 5 drops 3 times a day to put in 6 yr old mouth...is it safe..it is in gel form..please suggest

Zytee gel is not advisable to use below 12 yrs as it has salicylate which can cause a serious liver illness in presence of viral infections

Better to use Metrogyl DG forte gel if there are ulcers in the mouth
