Zinc and Vit C
Hi.. im planning to start using VitC and Zinc as daily supplements for cold n flu..as i have low immunity in general.
I see many fancy expensive supplements online brands but they are very costly.
Please suggest me normal tablet or capsule tht i can get from chemist for my daily need of Zinc and VitC.. plz suggest with around 20mg Zinc and 500mg vitC.. and which brand is good...plz advise in this covid prevention and well being
