Hi, What will b dosages of zandu pancharist ? How many times in a day and shd I need to consume it immediately after lunch and dinner? Is it bad combination to take Lov 52 DS  one hour before Lunch and dinner - and Zandu pancharist immediately after lunch and dinner with same quantity of water ?
