At this age,give just 2 milk feeds including one top milk feed,using a spoon and katori to give it,and 4 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet. Add ors after every loose motion IF it's watery. Add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days. If not improving in 3 days on above advice OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or fever or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician.
