Hello sir/madam I had C sec delivery in march 2020,can i do mandookasana? Its because when i practiced it for a day or two i noticed bit white discharge in Urine...not 24*7 but once in a day spcly after performing mandookasana

It'll be great if you could communicate with yoga coach/teacher n ur gynaecologist. Though 3yrs over but who knows u could be planning another time role of mom of next child as well!. Any way if u r planning do it on priority don't delay as latter there would be risk of high risk pregnancy
