1. Benefits of yoga - There are a lot of benefits of yoga over a period of time, if one practices it regularly for a long time. The benefits are it brings peace and harmony in life by promoting health.
2. Yeah. I does. There are a lot of studies on yoga which says yoga promotes health. But it's role in decreasing depression and improving memory power is yet to be proved.
3. As explained in point no1 it does brings peace. It helps on one hand by decreasing one's reaction to any problem on other hand improves one's way of responding to any problem.
