Yoga after delivery

Hi doctor I'm a lactating mother of a 2 month old baby. I had normal delivery. Is it safe doing a headstand and sarvangasana now ? Please suggest.

i would recommend you to get your muscle strength checked by the physiotherapist or yoga instructor, if youre muscle strength is normal, then you can practice the asna as it wont affect the breast feeding process but check with youre doctor first.

It also harms people with thyroid and blood pressure problems. Post pregnancy you might have blood pressure issues and you are already on thyroxine. Try other exercises out.
