Scaling, polishing and oral prophylaxis would be required first followed by conventional/Laser bleaching or Zoom in office whitening, however these treatments require to be repeated. Hi bleaching is the first option u have and it is 30 to 40 minutes procedure and in single sitting also possible depending on shade you like but it is not permanent it will remain for 6 to 7 months . Other than that veneers are also an option for you.
