Scaling, polishing and oral prophylaxis would be required first followed by conventional/Laser bleaching or Zoom in office whitening, however these treatments require to be repeated. A more permanent solution would be veneers or laminates. However, it is difficult to advise what treatment option would be best for you without seeing you in person to diagnose and treat the problem.
