Scaling, polishing and oral prophylaxis would be required first followed by conventional/Laser bleaching or Zoom in office whitening, however these treatments require to be repeated. A more permanent solution would be veneers or laminates. However, it is difficult to advise what treatment option would be best for you without seeing you in person to diagnose and treat the problem. Thank you.

Hi bleaching is the first option u have and it is 30 to 40 minutes procedure and in single sitting also possible depending on shade you like but it is not permanent it will remain for 6 to 7 months . Other than that veneers are also an option for you.

For yellowish teeth you can go for bleaching of tooth, you can also opt for veneers. Treatment will depend upon the extent of problem. Consult online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
