Noo there isnt any tablet or paste for it to whiten ur teeth... Bleaching is a procedure which can be done under supervision of clinician but that also show side effect like senstivity of teeth in later stage in few patients... U can go for scaling then use Glizer toothpaste of Dr. Reddy that has shown good results in many of my patients
