If my teeth are yellow because of fluoride , and I want them white then what would be the right thing scaling or bleaching

Different degree of fluorosis will be there. Fluorosis is the diagnosis done by you or it is an expert opinion.  Ist proper diagnosis is important for the successful treatment. Bleaching will not always help sometime it might worsen. Kindly visit ur dentist for diagnosis and treatment.
