Yellow and white Stains inside teeth

Please suggest treatment other than veneers and crowns for these 2 front teeth (with yellow and white stains). I don't want to go for cap and veneers because my teeth are completely okay. These stains aren't on the surface but inside the teeth. If there are other solutions that will work for these stains. Please suggest.

Hi ,   Though the photo that you have shared is a liitle hazy and not clear properly , but as far as aesthetic is concerned , better to do veenering to avoid any further complications . Though bleaching can be done , but it may cause sensitivity in future.
