She've been experiencing intense itching and burning in the vaginal area for the past few days, especially at night. She also have a thick white discharge that looks like cottage cheese and has no unusual smell. The area feels irritated, dry, and slightly swollen/red, with some peeling-like skin. She sometimes feel discomfort while urinating as well. She tried applying moisturizer, but it did not help.
