I was taking yaz tablet since last 1 year for dysmenorrhea and pcod. I have recently stopped taking it but I am really worried will I be able to get my normal periods this months as body was quite adapted to take synthetic hormones from outside. What all steps can I take to get my normal periods since i have stopped taking these medicines. Also I am into regular workout sessions but I am bloated and constipated these days. Seeking for expert advice as I am already tended about not getting my periods normally or getting my dysmenorrhea back
